Director:

Fiona Ellwood attended a full time Performing Arts School in England. She is a graduate of The Anna Petrova School of Higher Dance Education and holds the Greek Ministry of Culture’s Dance Teachers Diploma and teaching license. She is a registered teacher and tutor with the Royal Academy of Dance, an Associate of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance and a licensed Kindermusik® instructor.

Faculty:

Lauren Kozlosky is a Senior at the University of Maryland Baltimore County pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a degree in Pre-Medicine. As a Linehan Scholar and a member of the Honors College Society, Lauren is very active in her campus community as a member of the UMBC BAS Hip Hop Team and Major Definition. She has been dancing since the age of three, locally and throughout the country. She has a background in Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tap and Yoga. Among others, she has performed at Walt Disney World, Hershey Park and for Royal Caribbean Cruise lines. Lauren has extensive pageant experience and has previously held numerous titles in the Miss America Organization. Lauren is co-coordinator of "The Miracle Maker" Holiday Show and Silent Auction which raises funds for Children's Miracle Network. Lauren enjoys performing and loves to share her passion for dance by teaching.

Adrienne Judson was born in Camp Hill, PA, and began studying dance at Capital Area Dance Theatre at the age of 8. Within two years, she was a member of the school's company, Cumberland Dance Company. She attended many pre-professional summer programs, including Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Allegheny Ballet, and the Governor's School for the Arts. As a senior in high school, she took part in the Harrisburg's Art's Magnet Program. Adrienne went on to Towson University, where she attained a BFA in Dance Performance and Education, and danced with the TU Dance Company. Throughout college, she was an apprentice and teacher at the John's Hopkins Peabody Preparatory. Upon graduation, Adrienne taught dance and health classes, and directed the Dance Company, Dance Club, and Poms at Glen Burnie High School. Adrienne continues to be mentored by George Balanchine's first student accepted into the School of American Ballet, and former director of PA Ballet, Barbara Weisberger.

Lorienne Beals-Masnada is an accomplished international performer and educator, having trained at Purchase Conservatory of Dance, Studio Harmonique in Paris, and the New York Institute of Dance and Education.  After years of study, Lorienne is certified to teach, and is one of only a few authorized to certify teachers in the McLeod Modern Technique (MT Modern) and the revolutionary Reinforced Motor Function® (RMF) technique, a body Alignment, Strength, and Flexibility system developed by Sean McLeod.  She has performed in a multitude of productions including the Great Blue Heron Music Festival to an audience of over 6,000, as well as performing or teaching at venues in Manhattan, Pittsburgh, Delaware, and other US cities, as well as in England, the Caribbean, Italy, and Tunisia, Africa.  Lorienne continues to serve as the Vice President of Operations for the New York Institute of Dance and Education and an Associate Producer of the New York Dance Festival, while traveling as a teacher and performer, as core faculty of the American Master Class Tour, Associate Director of the Sean McLeod Dance Experience, and Director and Principal with Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre.

Guest Dance Faculty:

Anita Makrokanis trained at Frankfurt/Main Opera House in Germany and became a member of the corps de ballet at 15.  She has a master's degree in dance and acting.  After a prestigious dance career she worked as an actress on stage and television.  She has been teaching for over 20 years in the U.S.

Shelly Masenoir a graduate of Towson University she has worked as a teacher, producer and choreographer in New York, nationally and Internationally encouraging her students every step of the way. Her talent and creativity inspires both teachers and students.

Andrew Palermo -After graduating from the prestigious College Conservatory of Music he had a distinguished career in Musical Theater.  He is the co-founder and Director of Dre.Dance Company and has had several residencies across the U.S. creating original works.

Liz Plott a talented dancer she studied dance at Ohio State University before touring the U.S. with ‘Tap Kids’. She finished in the top 25 girls of ’So You Think You Can Dance’ she lives and works in New York & Los Angeles.

Theatre Faculty:

Tim Pabon teaches Acting 

Music Faculty:

Maureen Siebel has over 40 years of experience in the performing arts.  She studied and performed at the Metropolitan Opera House, Carnegie Hall, Fisher Hall and Manhattan Center. She teaches voice, piano and beginner violin. Mrs. Seibel is the choir director at St. John’s Catholic Church in Westminster.

Sharon Zearfoss graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2008 with a degree in Music Education. She teaches band and theatre arts at Ballenger Creek Middle School in Frederick, MD. She has performed and toured with some of the best drum & bugle corps in the country. She feels very passionately about music education for every child- music is for everyone!

Clara Werner has a degree in Music Education from McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College) and is certified to teach grades PK-12 by the state of Maryland. She has experience teaching music of all levels both in school classrooms and privately. Miss Werner is the Bell Choir Director of Frederick Church of the Nazarene.
